Each company has its own resolution, including Rowy Hardware, after the success achieved, now it's time to achieve success all the way to the top. In 2022, many best moments have happened. Let's recap!

​Here are some highlights that have happened in 2022. It is hoped that in 2023, Rowy Hardware will be able to experience more memories, events and awards. Let's take a look at our 2023 board, more excitement to come! Hopefully all these exciting plans will go smoothly.

​One of Rowy Hardware's hopes in 2023 is that further expand its market to international region. Of course, expansion is the natural trajectory of any successful business. People say, 'Dream big!' - but you have to think about the predicament. It's not just coming up with a great idea ; it's how you can sell or market or promote that great idea.

On 20 January 2023, Rowy Hardware held an annual dinner 2022 at Jade Hills, Kajang. This annual dinner also celebrates Rowy Hardware's 10th anniversary. 10 years is not an easy journey in the hardware industry, but Rowy did it. Bravo Rowy Hardware!

The theme for this year's dinner is Time Machine. All the decorations in the hall are all time machine themed. Not only the decoration, but all the Rowy staff also wore nice clothes that followed the theme.

The opening ceremony started with the unveiling of the Rowy logo and a speech from the founder of Rowy Hardware, Mr Lew Kok Sin. The touching speech earned a standing ovation from all the Rowy staff.

A new cute Rowy emoji was introduced that night. All staff downloaded the emoji. After that, the guessing game begins. Everyone is eager to give the correct answer because they want to win exciting prizes.

It's time for the most awaited event by everyone, which is the award ceremony for the great Rowy staff. The gifts they receive are all exclusive and very attractive. But the value of the gift is not the same as the value of their intensity in working with Rowy.

In addition, some of Rowy's staff have also performed dance and acting performances. The acting was inspired by the story of how founder Rowy started their business from zero to hero. This story has made Mr Lew Kok Sin recall past memories and feel overwhelmed by the acting.

The night was further enlivened with a karaoke session, games, lucky draw and a fireworks show. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the annual dinner. Hopefully an event like this can strengthen the relationship between employees and make them more enthusiastic.

为了迎接全部伙伴回家， 管理层精心布置了公司里里外外，上上下下，让每个角落都充满新年的气息。当然管理层把握这次的机会， 举办了新春打卡活动让大伙们拍照打卡每个角落！不得不说今年的布置真的花了很大的心血，大伙真的要把握好机会打卡拍照！

每年收工前一天，大伙们会回来公司一起相聚。 今年和往常一样，大家聚集在一起拍全家福。

新年必做的事情除了聚集拍照，当然还有捞生！今年管理层也准备了捞生 让大伙们一起捞个好意头！

新年前第一件事情要做的就是在院子前放爆竹 以哔哔叭叭的爆竹声除旧迎新，驱赶年兽！

全部活动半天就结束 Rowy正式收工过年啦！ 大家带着期待又兴奋的心情回家为晚上的庆功宴做准备！尽其期待Rowy的庆功宴！

 听着熟悉的歌曲，看到街头路灯的摆饰，红彤彤一片 新年已经接近啦~~~~ 大家都忙着大扫除，办年货，把家里，公司装饰得富丽堂皇 美轮美奂。
今年Rowy 也不列外，整间公司装着浓厚的新年气氛！

大家都非常齐心协力， 分工合作地负责装饰公司的每一个角落。 有的负责把红布挂在墙壁上。 有些负责把可爱兔子贴纸贴在玻璃窗上。 今年是兔年 所以很多的设计都以兔子为主。 

当然除了在墙壁上布置，Rowy今年也设计了一个角落-接好运咯！让大家能够求到好意头 带着这份祝福 快快乐乐过新年。每个红包封里有不同的祝福.

当然还有我们的压轴-大展鸿图栏。红彤彤的一片 新年气氛一级棒！而且也成为了我们的打卡地点。

除了公司里面有布置之外， 外面的花草树木也是有点缀它们。 Rowy的大门也挂上了门彩。今年也设计一个角落摆设梅花树。

而且今年的走廊和用餐室也挂上红灯笼 寓意着鸿（红）运当头一整年！

最后，在新的一年里， Rowy祝大家 新年快乐，鸿运当头 生意兴隆 ！！！
新的一年，新的目标，​前程似锦，财运亨通，飞黄腾达，官运亨通！

Rowy Hardware has officially launched the exclusive Rowy emoji stickers for our beloved customers, suppliers, and Rowy members to utilize it. The Rowy emoji stickers were inspired by the holistic corporate culture that has been cultivated. Rowy emoji stickers come in  24 types of emotional designs which come in black bear and white bear. It consists of a wide spectrum of emotions displayed from contentment, happiness, amusement, and sadness. 

​It is a way to express feelings and thoughts through digital conversation mediums. In this way, it allows Rowy to serve the customer with better interaction. Rowy Hardware would like to special thanks to our sticker creator Ms Vivian for designing the Rowy bear emoji stickers design.

On 23th December 2022, Rowy had a Christmas celebration with all Rowy Hardware staff. In the morning, all of the Rowy staff help to decorate the workplace in order to create wonderful Christmas cheer. 

Some of our staff prepared the gift and game. Also, our staff set up the table and chair to get ready for that night.

The surrounding look so fantastic after Rowy staff decorated. In addition, we also prepare a corner to put the gift.

Christmas event starts at 8pm. Before the meal, the founder Mr. Lew will give an open speech. He invites all his Rowy employees to celebrate Christmas together.

This year our company invite a mystery person - Santa Claus. Santa Claus gives the candy to all Rowy staff.

Before the end of the event, we had a gift exchange party. Every person get the 

Last but not least, AsiaWater 2022 will bring industry professionals for the next two years to showcase high-end technology and share the best practice solutions.

​Vietnam Expo is a trade exhibition specializing in showcasing electronic appliances, hardware tolling, and gardening technology. The exhibition is hosted on 2 December 2022 in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City- Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC). The Government of Vietnam together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade has highly supported this international trade fair.

The international trade fair has conducted press conferences to help participants to gain broader access to both local and foreign business development. Vietnam Expo is an important business destination that builds bridges for experience exchange, cooperative relations, and knowledge sharing between local and foreign enterprises.

​Vietnam Expo provides Rowy a better insight into domestic and international companies in developing their corporate. Through this participation, Rowy has gotten a more solid understanding of the current international business development.

Throughout the process of completing the study, the founder constantly struggles with time management as the founder holds multiple roles at one time such as the leader of the company, father of the family, and a part-time student. No matter how the founder will constantly take care of his physical and psychological health so that others can rely on them. ​

​Through various hardships and sacrifices, at the end of the day, it is worth receiving the Executive Diploma in Entrepreneurship from HELP University. The founder would like to thank all the family support, teammate, and stakeholder for believing in him and for his dedication.
