距离上个端午节已经有一段时间了，今年恿扆公司的设计师们再次大显身手。今年与往年的不一样，除了公司室内有大变动之外，来临的周末公司全体员工会到户外进行些团体活动，促进同事们之间的感情。为了让这次的端午节更加印象深刻，恿扆公司的设计师们独创了一艘木船。

当然，端午节肯定少不了最重要的食物-粽子！不出我所料，设计师们又再次突破我的视野，自制了一个立体的粽子形状。大家都在为这粒粽子讨论如何设计。

经过一番的设计改良后， 它成为了恿扆公司打卡拍照的新角落。大家可以站在粽子中间摆着自己喜欢的姿势拍照。

还有，恿扆公司的主场肯定少不了布置。这次的主题为青色配合粽子的颜色。把船放在中间，仿佛就像在水上划船似。水里还有一些可爱的粽子，还有些小粽子挂在栏杆似，点缀了整个氛围。

除了外观的设计，今年恿扆公司也添加了一个迷你小游戏让恿扆的员工们娱乐。游戏的规矩非常简单，谁在3分钟的时间钓到最多粽子的人是赢家。这个游戏非常考验大家的耐心度和平衡点。

这小游戏也吸引了恿扆的成员。当大家觉得工作累的时候，大家可以借由这个小游戏来放松。过程非常刺激，但是非常考验自身的稳定力。

五月初五，端午节到了，别的就不多说了，多说就耽搁你吃粽子了。恿扆在此祝大家 端午安康，一年更比一年好！

​A company town hall meeting is the event that gathers the entire employee to hear from the manager about the state of the company, its vision, mission, and goals. The town hall meeting is typically led by upper management, such as CEO, and attended by all employees in a large conference hall. 

​Rowy Hardware organized the town hall meeting in the first quarter of 2023. The aim for Rowy Hardware to organize town hall meeting is multifaceted, it was a powerful tool to build connections, align goals, and strengthen corporate culture within an organization. 

During the town hall meeting, it was a good opportunity for management and employees to connect on a personal level, faciliting open communication and a sense of trust collaboration. This action can help to promote a positive and productive work environment, where everyone feels valued.

Town hall meeting is the best direction that allow for the alignment of company goals and objectives. This motive is to ensure that every employee is on the same page, same roads and working towards a common purpose. 

Town hall meeting is an essential component of internal communication, providing a forum for sharing important updates, news, and announcements with all employees.

Menjelang penghujung bulan Ramadan 2023, Rowy bersiap sedia giat mara untuk menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri!!! Rowy teruja untuk merangkul semangat percutian bersama rakan-rakan sekerja. Pejabat Rowy Hardware telah dihias cantik sempena Hari Raya ini. Rowy memasang lampu berwarna-warni dan hiasan perayaan untuk menggambarkan suasana Hari Raya yang meriah.

Suasana Hari Raya daripada kampung halaman tidak diabaikan. Rowy mencipta sebuah perkampungan miniatur yang diilhamkan oleh kampung halaman keluarga semasa perayaan Aidilfitri. Paparan yang menawan ini merupakan gambaran yang indah terhadap cara Rowy meraikan percutian Hari Raya bersama orang tersayang di kampung.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri adalah masa yang penuh dengan kegembiraan dan Rowy sangat teruja kerana dapat merangkul semangat Hari Raya di tempat kerja Rowy Hardware. Rowy Hardware Sdn Bhd ingin mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri kepada semua!!!

​Career Xplorer 2023 is a two-day exhibition featuring 35 companies at Sungai Long Campus, KB Block Multipurpose Hall (MPH). The purpose of the event is to provide students with an opportunity to explore potential career paths, learn about various industries, and connect with potential employers.

​The opening ceremony will be attended by the chairperson of the accounting society, the head of faculty and management (FAM), the vice president, and a guest of honor who will give the opening speech and encourage the students to join career fair. 

At the same time, the chairperson of accounting society, the head of faculty and management (FAM), The Vice President and others VIP participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony. During the event, each of the VIP will give every company an award as a token of appreciation for their participation. Rowy hardware is one of the company that received the appreciation token.  

After surveying the company, some of the students have chance to play the fortune roll and get the free gift from Rowy hardware. Thank you, student who participate actively.

An employee referral program ​is a recruitment strategy that incentives current employees to refer their friends, family, and acquaintances for open positions within the organization. This method has proven to be one of the most effective ways to attract and retain top talent. ​Valentine's Day is a day of love, appreciation, and celebration of relationships. And this year, our workplace got a special surprise from the founder of Rowy Hardware on this day of love. As a token of appreciation, each lady coworker was given a lovely red rose.

​It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to the fellow lady coworkers. It made the ladies feel valued and appreciated by the founder. The gesture shows that the founder care about the ladies contributions  to the workplace.

​Receiving the red rose on Valentine's Day also reminded the ladies of the importance of appreciation and gratitude in the workplace. Sometimes, a simple gesture like this can go a long way in boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment.

The ladies are truly grateful for the red rose and the thoughtful gesture from the founder. It has made the ladies feel more connected to the colleagues and more committed to contributing to the success of the workplace. Recently Rowy has ​attended a career fair located at UTAR Kampar,Perak. This is a great way to network and connect with potential candidates. Rowy had the opportunity to speak with many bright and ambitious fresh graduates eager to jump start their careers.
