​Rowy members have embarked on an inspiring initiative focused on bolstering environmental efforts. Rowy undertook the planting of twenty-five Eugenia trees encircling the Rowy Hardware building. This is not only symbolizes Rowy's dedication to a healthier environment but also serves as a tangible step toward reducing the carbon footprint. Every team member actively contributed to the plantation event, embodying the collective commitment to environmental stewardship.

Rowy members will undergo a hands-on section to craft fire extinguisher racks from scratch, promoting both environmental consciousness and workplace safety. Rowy is thrilled to share some exciting updates from Rowy Hardware recent town hall meeting. Rowy Hardware has been buzzing with anticipation, and this meeting did not disappoint.

In a packed room filled with eager from Rowy members, Rowy Hardware's leadership team unveiled the ambitious future plans. The atmosphere was electrify as Rowy Hardware's leaders outlined the vision for Rowy Hardware's growth, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. Rowy heard about the exciting new projects, upcoming expansions, and a renewed focus on development. It's clear that Rowy Hardware has come out a new track to excel and Rowy couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of it.

傍晚的天空真美，让人心情开阔！

大家一起齐心协力为外地的场合布置，还有一些晚上要进行的游戏道具。

当然 晚餐除了是自助餐之外， 我们也是有准备了烧烤，因为中秋节不可以少了烧烤环节！除了食物，主办单位也准备了礼物等着我们带走它！

今年的中秋晚会为我们的圆游会， 除了吃喝 主办单位也举办了一些游戏站让我们玩！包括捞“乒乓”、踢毯子和Bingo! 而且 我们真的太有创意了！我们利用公司的产品来助我们一臂之力！

大家都陆陆续续的为今晚的园游会做准备。有的负责起火，有的把配料串起来。大约7点多，中秋晚会正式开始啦！大家都享受在美食中！

吃完后， 游戏也正式开始啦！有些去踢毯子，有些玩Bingo, 而有些去捞乒乓。当完成任务后，大家都会拿到彩票来获取奖品，彩票越拿越多 兑换奖品的机会更大！

全部游戏环节结束后， 大家都把自己得到的彩票和主办的人兑换奖品！恭喜每位拿到奖品的员工！

中秋节不仅在中国庆祝，它也在世界各地的华人社区和其他文化中受到热烈欢迎。这个节日不但促进了文化交流和多元化，而且也将来自不同背景的人们联结在一起。期待下一次的中秋晚会！

马来西亚日刚过不久， 中秋节也悄悄地到来。我们公司的设计再次重新启动！

今年的中秋设计也采用了华人传统最喜欢的颜色-红色。​在中国文化中，红色被视为吉祥和好运的象征。红色的布条和装饰物经常出现在春节和其他庆祝活动中，以驱逐恶运并迎来幸福。

除了用红色的布条来包围之外， 今年我们的设计也摆设了许多的五彩缤纷的灯笼。显得整个氛围看起来更加有中秋的气氛。

当然最重要的还是我们的主角-月饼啦~ 月饼不仅仅是一种美味的食物，更是中秋节文化的象征，代表了家庭、传统、社交和庆祝的重要元素。没有月饼，中秋节将不再具有完整的意义和价值。

当然，设计了那么久 肯定必须要留念拍照！尽情期待 我们下一个的博客！

Menghampiri Hari Kemerdekaan Malaysia yang ke-66, semangat perpaduan dan patriotisme semakin hangat dari sebelumnya. Rowy Hardware ingin berinisiatif meraihkan peristiwa penting ini dengan menberi inspirasi kepada semua ahli Rowy. Malah Rowy juga telah menyediakan sepanduk kanvas bendera kebangsaan Malaysia untuk cap tangan semua ahli Rowy supaya mesej kebersamaan dan bersemangat  dapat disampaikan.

Setiap ahli Rowy tangan yang dihiasi dengan warna bendera yang semua cintai telah menjadi sapuan berus yang unik di atas kanvas bendera Malaysia. Ia melambangkan komitmen bersama semua untuk membina masa depan yang lebih cerah dengan berganding bahu. Apabila kanvas bendera Malaysia dipenuhi dengan cap tangan yang berwarna-warni, ia mengingatkan Rowy bahawa kekuatan semua terletak pada kepelbagaian dan usaha kolektif .

Menandatangani pada kanvas bendera Malaysia itu bukan sekadar formaliti, tetapi sebagai tanda penghargaan yang tulus atas kebebasan dan peluang yang diperjuangkan oleh keturunan moyang-moyang. Ia adalah peluang untuk meluahkan rasa terima kasih atas kemajuan dan kemakmuran yang telah dicapai oleh Malaysia.

Biarlah sambutan Hari Kemerdekaan ini menjadi peringatan yang kuat tentang kepentingan perpaduan, rasa hormat dan kerjasama. Sambil memperingati masa lalu, marilah semua juga menanti masa depan dengan bekerjasama untuk mengatasi cabaran, halangan, dan mencipta Malaysia yang lebih baik untuk generasi akan datang.

On 27 July 2023, Rowy Hardware organized an activity called Durian Feast 2023. In conjunction with peak season of the King of Fruits- Durian, and also most of the Rowy members like to eat Durian so the management by this opportunity to purchase different brands of Durian to treat our Rowy members.

The durian feast begins. All of Rowy's members ate heartily. This Durian festival is helpful in strengthening the relationship between employees. Taking some time to participate in activities is a good thing because it can enrich the life experience. 
​Engaging in different types of activities can enrich our life experiences. These experiences can entertain, inspire and enrich our lives.​

Of course, we also take a group photo while all Rowy members enjoy eating their durian.

The air buzzed with excitement as Rowy formed teams, with the shared goal of paddling the way to victory. With the rhythmic drumbeat echoing in Rowy ears, Rowy paddled in unison, channeling the essence of teamwork and synchronization.
