On November 26, 2022, Rowy organized a 2 days 1 night team building at Janda Baik Pahang. The purpose of this team building is to promote team spirit among Rowy members and promote cohesion among them. In addition, through this team building, all members can enhance communication among members and a sense of unity in the company.

​Before the ice-breaking begins, each group member thinks out of the box and comes up with a group name and slogan. All team members actively work on creating a group name and slogan to explore their creativity and show the strength of the team.

​Ice-breaking sessions allow everyone to get to know each other and break down barriers between colleagues.

​Another game aims to raise awareness of teamwork. Each member of the group must complete the task before the next person takes over. In the process, communication and cooperation become more important by getting to know each other's roles, positions, and attitudes to support each other.

​Plus, whoever you are, this game helps the team members to build cross departmental. This is also the corporate culture that Rowy Hardware has always cultivated.

Someone of the team members share their impressions after complete the game. 

​Lastly, Rowy hope that through this team building, our employees will understand and recognize our company, and stimulate the teamwork ability of employees.

​After the end of Rowy team building, Rowy have organised Vlog video contest to all Rowy member to capture the good memories for 2D1N team building trip. 

​The champion for the most creative Vlog video with the highest votes was won by Ms. Yee Sweun. Her extraordinary idea has qualified her to be the winner of the contest. Congratulations to Ms. Yee Sweun!

​In addition, consolation prizes were also given to the participants who took part in making vlog video contest.

An announcement was made for 26 November 2022, Rowy Hardware will officially host a team-building event for the entire Rowy family members.  This is the first outdoor team-building event located at PeppaVille Resort, Janda Baik, Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Pahang. Rowy would wish to cultivate a positive corporate culture. Besides that, Rowy would like to bring each employee together through various group activities to foster a sense of togetherness, of teamwork to improve productivity, communication, and other key business functions.

​There is a lot of work that needs to be done for the team-building event. Rowy family members have planned and prepared the various prop for the team-building activities. Rowy family members become involved in action planning to identify ways to define the activity's success and failure to achieve activities goals.

​Rowy family members first will gather at the Rowy premises then only will be departed to PeppaVille Resort. The day has finally come and the entire Rowy family members are very excited to have participated in the team-building activities.

Industry Award is also a sponsorship award. These sponsorships enable high-performing, deserving students to access quality education and meet students' full potential. Rowy hardware is one of the sponsors and was honored to be invited by the INTI International University, Putra Nilai to present an award to the students during their graduation ceremony on 11 November 2022.

Each of the student will receive the certificate of recognition from the industry partner. Rowy Founder awarded certificate to different faculty students includes Bachelor of Business (Honours) Marketing, Bachelor of Mass Communication (Honours), Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours), and Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Honours).

Through this award recognition makes the student feel that their hard work is valued, encourages and attracts more top talent in the future as well as increases the industry partner's reputation. Rowy hardware proud to be a sponsor because they are exceptional student of all time.

Besides that, the industry's profile will be publish in the booklet. All attendants will receive the booklet on graduation day.​

 一年一度的中秋节即将来临啦！是时候让Rowy成员们聚集在一起， 一起聊天 一起赏心悦目过中秋。这次Rowy公司与以往有点不同哦！今年Rowy成员在大厅设计了许愿亭。 早在一个月前， Rowy成员扛起一身二任的责任携手把许愿亭给建立起来。

建立好后，Rowy成员把空虚的许愿亭翻新了新的面孔，五彩缤纷的灯笼，四支红彤彤的柱子，​引人入胜。

当然，Rowy成员也准备了许愿纸让大家把愿望写在纸上并且把它挂上去灯笼。

在上个星期五，大家迎来了中秋晚会。 晚会开始前，Rowy成员准备了许多美味可口食物而且还少不了烧烤。每位Rowy成员都精心的准备晚餐，让大家吃得开心。

当然少不了中秋氛围！今年Rowy成员以LED灯代替蜡烛 把它放进灯笼里 然后挂在树上，整个氛围相当温馨。

晚餐时刻， Rowy成员有些负责烧烤，有些负责吃。

Rowy成员拿了食物后，一起坐下来享受美食。

饭后肯定少不了游戏环节。Rowy成员围一个大圆圈 一起玩真心话大冒险。大家都玩得不亦乐乎，很多欢笑声。

中秋晚会来到了尾声，Rowy成员一起站在许愿亭下为中秋晚会画上一个句号。

每一次的活动都能让Rowy成员的感情更加的融洽。每位成员都来自不同的背景，不同学历，不同年份，不同种族，但是庆幸的是能够在Rowy Hardware 公司相识 是大家的福气。希望每一年都举办更多不一样的活动，大家一起积极参与 把公司氛围变融洽。

​Mr. Lew Kok Sin, the founder of Rowy hardware, was honored to be invited by the Asia Pacific Association to the Asia Pacific Association headquarters to share his entrepreneurial journey.

During the interview section, Mr. Lew shared his entrepreneurial history with the public with humility. Rowy hardware is well-known in the hardware industry. Because of its reputation among consumers and consumption, so it has also become the focus of the public.

​Although Mr. Lew has 20 years of experience in the hardware industry and a 10-year history of starting his own company, he said that the hardware industry is one of the most traditional industries, and a very large part of enterprises and merchants still maintain the traditional operations. Therefore, Mr. Lew has a dream to break through these traditional systems and transform the hardware industry from a traditional model to a digital model, so as to attract more young and powerful people to be interested in and understand the hardware industry.

Mr. Lew mentions that the more products the better, but the deeper the better. In addition to price, the most important thing for a good product is good quality, bringing more benefits to customers, and providing good service before and after sales to the customer.

​Entrepreneurship is not easy, but behind it, there is a group of energetic and capable young people who support and work hard. Therefore, Mr Lew starts the road of entrepreneurship and provides a platform for more outstanding talents to use their skills to achieve them and lead them to develop in a better direction together.

Lastly, wish Rowy move forward to the international business level and cultivate more talent.

Pada tahun ini, Rowy Hardware mengadakan pertandingan video patriotik paling kreatif di kalangan semua pekerjanya. Mereka perlu merakam video selama 30 saat sehingga 1 minit mengenai kemerdekaan. Empat video patriotik yang terbaik akan dipilih dan diundi oleh semua pekerja. Video yang mendapat undian paling banyak akan membawa pulang hadiah wang tunai bernilai RM100.

Beberapa orang peserta Rowy sedang merakam video patriotik mereka dengan pelbagai idea yang kreatif. Ada yang menari, berlakon dan bermacam-macam lagi bagi menjayakan video kemerdekaan mereka.

Tiba masanya hari yang dinanti-nantikan oleh semua peserta Rowy yang mengambil bahagian dalam pertandingan video patriotik iaitu hari penyampaian hadiah kepada para pemenang.

Johan bagi video patriotik paling kreatif dan mendapat undian tertinggi telah dimenangi oleh Encik Asyraf. Idea beliau yang luar biasa telah melayakkan dirinya menjadi johan untuk pertandingan tersebut. Tahniah diucapkan kepada Encik Asyraf!

Selain itu, hadiah saguhati juga diberikan kepada para peserta yang mengambil bahagian dalam menjayakan video kemerdekaan ini. Rowy sangat menghargai bakat-bakat pekerja mereka. Hal ini kerana, pekerja yang baik lagi berbakat adalah mereka yang bersemangat tinggi.

Sekali lagi, tahniah diucapkan kepada semua pemenang pertandingan video patriotik paling kreatif. Semoga dengan usaha ini, Rowy dapat melahirkan generasi yang hebat. Sesungguhnya, generasi yang hebat adalah generasi yang berjaya melahirkan generasi berikutnya yang jauh lebih hebat.

This time, Rowy members work together and distribute leaflets to students inside and outside the Dewan Tun Dr. Ling Liong Sik. This action is to make an impression on students.​

This is the second time to participate in the career exhibition, and there will be more opportunities in the future to provide the chance to the candidates who are finding relevant job vacancies. ​
