Rowy Hardware is one of the companies participated in this Career Day 2022 to provide the student job opportunities that were organised by the Department of Alumni Relations and Placement on June 28, 2022 at Sungai Long Campus, Multipurpose Hall.  Before the event started, Rowy members set up the booth and prepared some of the freebies to attract the student.  Rowy members also distributes flyers for the students in order to guide and explain who we are. Sometimes Rowy members also chit chat with the student to catch up on their career direction.
Some of the students also drop their resumes off to us after knowing who we are because they want to find a job or internship.  Rowy also provides the game to the students who scan the QR code and like Rowy's Facebook page. They have one chance to spin the freebies.
Some of the students obtain RM 30 Starbucks cards, a pen, a notebook or a RM 10 Aeon Voucher. They are very happy because they got a free gift from Rowy Hardware.
In order to participate in Career Day 2022, Rowy will provide job opportunities to the candidates who are finding the relevant job vacancies and let more people know more about Rowy Hardware.  Written by ：Kelly Chin

On 23 June 2022, Rowy members attended a workshop organized by Boosterorder, Hatio, and Alliance Bank. The workshop is all about adoption in digital transformation for an organization.  The speakers have presented practical skills lessons to the audience. This lesson will illustrate the way how to modernize a traditional business practice.
The panel speakers have discussed the current destructive business environment issue. Besides that, the speakers have also highlighted the common struggle and how to overcome the inefficient business process.  In order to modernize the business process, Rowy will provide adequate and comprehensive hand on training to the members. In this way, it will enhance the member's skills and knowledge to keep up with the fast pace environment changes.  Written By: Mison Low
A young man that is very passionate about digital learning and embraces the fast pace changes in the digital landscape. 今天是农历五月初五，华人传统节日-端午节。 Rowy举办了一场小型的下午茶会让Rowy家人们一起同欢共聚。当中也准备了一些伴手礼让Rowy家人带回家。这次是与不同种族，不同肤色的家人一起欢庆传统节日，氛围相当融洽。  每份的伴手礼都是由主办当局一笔一画地写下去。里头包含了温馨，温暖，祝福。祝福Rowy的每位家人端午节安康，合家平安。  不但如此， 主办当局为我们预定了许多美食。当中包括粽子，咖喱角，水果布丁及自制的水果汁。全部食物看似简单， 但里头包含了家的味道。  当然少不了的是Rowy组织图像。Rowy组织图像由Rowy的两位董事拉开序幕。 这意味着Rowy在新的一年里，新的目标，新的张望，与世界共赴新程 ！   大家一边享用美食，一边聆听我们的董事给予的激励语。大约下午五时三十分，大家带着愉快的心情回家。  Written by ：Kelly Chin

Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN) and China Press have presented the Best Intelligent Figures award as a token of appreciation and recognition for the leader's outstanding leadership role.  This Best Intelligent Figures award has been given to the Rowy Hardware leader Mr. Lew Kok Sin for the endeavor to leverage the success of Rowy Hardware Sdn Bhd.  The journey of managing and growing the company is not a simple task. As the saying goes “A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” Rowy Hardware leader has guided and consolidated the entire team member toward achieving the company goals and objectives.  Rowy Hardware leader strike to emphasize business ethic to better serves the stakeholder by creating a harmonious business environment. Persiapan Hiasan Booth Hari Raya Setiap tahun, Rowy pasti mengadakan hiasan booth tidak kira sempena Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Tahun Baru Cina, Deepavali dan lain-lain. Lebih menguntungkan apabila Rowy dapat membuat projek DIY menggunakan bahan-bahan dari gudang ini sendiri seperti paip air dan kayu-kayan.
Hiasan booth hari raya berjaya disiapkan dalam masa tiga hari sahaja. Booth ini dihiasi dengan pelbagai jenis hiasan seperti lampu kelip-kelip, batang lemang dan lain-lain. Terdapat juga beberapa jenis kuih raya yang terhidang di atas meja.  Pada 23 April 2022 yang lalu, Rowy telah mengadakan jamuan hari raya bersama-sama dengan semua pekerja. Jamuan ini berlangsung pada jam 7 petang sehingga 10 malam. Tema baju raya pada malam berkenaan ialah "Pakaian Hari Raya".
Pertandingan permainan tradisional seperti batu seremban dan gasing berlangsung sejurus selepas aktiviti makan-makan berakhir. Semua pekerja mengambil bahagian dan bermain dengan penuh semangat.
Juara bagi pemenang permainan batu seremban dan gasing masing-masing berjaya membawa pulang sebuah hamper yang besar. Dalam apa jua acara, Rowy pasti akan memberikan hadiah yang menarik kepada pekerja-pekerjanya.  Saat yang paling menggembirakan apabila semua pekerja melayu mendapat hadiah duit raya. Pengasas Rowy Hardware, Mr Lew Kok Sin berkata, "Duit raya ini serba sedikit dapat meringankan beban pekerja melayu untuk berbelanja sempena hari raya dan sebagai tanda menghargai pekerja-pekerja yang selama ini menjalankan tanggungjawab mereka dengan cemerlang".  Majlis sambutan hari raya aidilfitri berakhir kira-kira jam 10 malam. Semua orang berasa sangat gembira dengan semua aktiviti yang telah dijalankan pada malam itu. Dengan adanya aktiviti sebegini, ia dapat mengeratkan lagi hubungan silaturrahim sesama pekerja tidak kira bangsa atau pangkat. Written by : Hanis Syafiqah

Beach Cleaning At Pantai Morib Pantai Morib Arrival The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) recently has published the Compendium of Environment Statistics regarding current environmental health status. It has bought up Rowy attention to initiate contribute and improve the current environmental health concern. On 26 March 2022 Rowy Hardware has successfully conducted the Morib beach cleaning activities.
It was an exciting moment for the entire Rowy family members to participate in such activities. Rowy has assigned eight group member to collect the waste.
Rowy has set a goal to remove solid litter, organic debris deposited, plastic bottles, plastic bags, plastic straws, and fishing nets on the coastline. Through this event, it can promote long term environmentalism sustainability for the future young generation. Rowy team has successfully collected 240 kilogram of waste.  Winner group that has collected the most waste  Having lunch at Pantai Morib  Accomplish Day Rowy ultimately wishes to increase environmental awareness among the family members and the public.
