GI Fitting Use To Connect To PVC Piping

A threaded GI pipe cannot directly connect to a non threaded PVC pipe. The PVC piping needs to be converted to a threaded ending before connecting to a GI piping. The most common PVC fitting such as ​PVC PT Socket, PVC PT Elbow, PVC PT Tee, and PVC Valve  Socket are used to connect both PVC piping and GI piping.

PVC Fittings

​PVC PT Socket, PVC PT Elbow, PVC PT Tee, and PVC Valve Socket are the suitable PVC fitting used to create a threaded end on the PVC piping for connecting the GI piping with threaded ended connection. 

GI Fittings

​GI fitting such as GI socket, GI nipple, and GI valve socket can use to connect a PVC fitting as well.
GI Socket both end side has female threaded design.
​GI Nipple both end side has male threaded design.
​GI Valve Socket one side is female threaded design and another side is male threaded design.
