Rowy Hardware believes that teamwork is the backbone of success, and what better way to strengthen it than through a fun-filled day of outdoor activities!!!  The unforgettable outdoor team-building event was filled with exciting activities and challenges that brought Rowy Hardware Sdn Bhd core values be responsible, strike for excel, and morality & talent values to life.

First up for carefully protecting fragile eggs which emphasized responsibility and precision under pressure. Second up for navigating the twists and turns of the maze track that strike for excel in cracking clues in the treasure hunt, each activity tested the Rowy member's determination and collaborative spirit. Third up for blind folded track and capture moment required morality trust and clear communication among members.

​These activities were not just about fun, it is an opportunity to build stronger bonds, embrace challenges, and celebrate diverse talents values. Together, Rowy laughed, learned, and emerged as a more connected team, ready to bring these lessons back into the work and deliver even greater results.
