ROWY HARDWARE LIFE LONG LEARNING TO CULTIVATE CULTURE

On 26 November 2022, the founder of Rowy Hardware Sdn Bhd Mr. Lew Kok Sin has accomplished a remarkable academic study in Entrepreneurship. The founder has a strong desire for lifelong learning which is a form of self-initiated education that focused on growth development.

The founder has attended a CEO academic module which provides a structured learning opportunity to grow the company. SME 100 CEO Academy has signed a memorandum with HELP University to provide a world-class CEO academic module.

The program is designed to help the founder to understand what it takes to develop the company into a national, regional, and global enterprise. Besides that, it can help the founder to develop and cultivate a positive culture within the company, explore various diagnostic business tools to cope with a dynamic business environment and refine the business plan.

Throughout the process of completing the study, the founder constantly struggles with time management as the founder holds multiple roles at one time such as the leader of the company, father of the family, and a part-time student. No matter how the founder will constantly take care of his physical and psychological health so that others can rely on them. ​
