Employee REFERRING PROGRAM 2023

Today Rowy management was gathered all of the employees and announced a big news. Our colleague, Encik Mohamad Redzuan Bin Zainon who is the first candidates entitled in employee referral program 2023. Congratulations to Encik Mohamad Redzuan for recommending outstanding talents to join our company and received a well deserved reward. ​

In conclusion, an employee referral program is a win win situation for SMEs company because it not only helps company attract top talent but also offers effective solution for recruitment. Through this employee referral program the employees feel trusted and valued since they are participating in the company’s future and growth also when the referral get the job, they feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.
