DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY (SHARING SECTION)

​Rowy Hardware is thrilled to be invited for participating in Alibaba Global Digital Talent (GDT) program.

The Alibaba GDT is a program offered by Alibaba Business School. Alibaba GDT aims to promote digital transformation and development through education.

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) is one of the well established and reputable local universities that has been selected to collaborate with Alibaba Business School. ​A group of bachelor of accounting students from UTAR has approached Rowy Hardware for an interview section.

​The founder Mr. Lew Kok Sin has shared his valuable experience and journey in transforming the company to digitalization. The digital transformation journey is not an easy process. Nevertheless, the founder has worked diligently and guided the entire team toward digitalization. Rowy Hardware has adopted different kinds of digital technologies to create new or modify existing business processes, corporate culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business requirements.

The founder is delighted to provide the students with relevant support and assistance. Through the sharing section, the founder hopes it can inspire, inform and enable more young digital talent. In the nutshell, Rowy Hardware will consistently look at all available technologies and consider incorporating them into the business process which enables it to serve the stakeholder better.
